What is the exchange/return policy for Handmade & Vintage Pieces?
At this time we are unable to accept returns for vintage and/or handmade items. There may be some slight imperfections on handmade items. This is due to the handmade quality and adds to the character of the piece. When it comes to vintage items, there may be some wear from being loved by the previous owner.
What if my items are damaged/lost during shipping?
We are sorry for the hassle but it is the customers responsibility to file a claim for lost or damaged items with the shipping company.
Do you do custom handmade orders?
We are not currently accepting any custom orders. Sorry!
Are the ceramics food safe?
Yes they are! We use food safe glazes on all our ceramics.
How do I care for my vintage and handmade pieces?
We find that the best way to preserve the life of vintage clothing is to gently wash in cold water and hang to dry.
For handmade ceramics, microwave and dishwasher are technically ok but we highly recommend avoiding the microwave and washing by hand for the longest lasting results.
What is the processing and Shipping time?
Processing time for your items is 3-5 business days and then shipping times will vary greatly depending on shipping method selected and whether it is an international or domestic order. Shipping times may also be delayed by Covid and/or Holidays. Once we ship the items, they are out of our hands and we have no more control over when they arrive.
Do you do International shipping?
Yes! We are currently shipping domestic orders in the U.S. and international orders to Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, and Canada. For our small business it is quite expensive to ship internationally and that is reflected in the international shipping prices. Thank you for your understanding.
